The customer takes full liability for shipping, returns and custom charges should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties and taxes.
We do not have a control over delivery once the package is handled by post office, and we are not responsible for the lost package.
To prevent your packages from being miss delivered or lost, please make sure you fill in the correct address in English and correct contact number.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All jewellery is quality checked multiple times by our jewellers and team.
Earrings: Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on Earrings due to sanitary reason. Please order with care as all sales of earrings are final.
Rings: We happily offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
Necklaces: To ensure top quality in our products, if packages are open we will not be able to accept a refund. However, if all packages remain unopen we offer a 7 day returns policy.
Please note that all shipping, duties and import charges on returns are liable to the purchaser. We are not responsible for lost packages on their way back to us.

REPAIRS & FAULTY
If you receive a faulty product we are happy to arrange you a repair. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a fault. To prevent a discoloration and tarnish on sterling silver / vermeil products please follow the care instruction.
Our products are handcrafted with 10k, 14k solid yellow gold, sterling silver.
